Oh so good Black Bean Taco

This is a simple one folks.

Take some leftovers and wrap them in a tortilla. That’s it! Enjoy!

Oh, you want details. Ok.

Start with leftover black beans. Or canned black beans. I won’t judge you. Throw the warmed beans onto a tortilla and grate some cheese over it.

Now grab some lettuce and an avocado. Pause and give thanks for the creation of avocados.

Add the lettuce and avocado to your taco.

Don’t skimp on the avocado. That’s an order.

Now add some salsa and forget to take a picture. But don’t worry about that, because this taco is ready to be devoured.

    Looks good and makes me hungry – maybe you should write a cookbook, Ali – you’re good at this! I remember when you used to ask me for recipes, now it’s the other way around. The bread looks delicious. I just don’t have a Kitchenaid processor.

    I personally think that it would be much better if you left out the avocado and the lettuce.Then it could be Oh so good Black Bean Taco.
